At De Haan Westerhoff, safety is central to everything we do. We ensure that safety is not just correct on paper, but visible in the daily execution of our projects.

This means that our teams identify risks in advance, continue to monitor them actively during execution, and always make the right choices on site. For you as a client, this translates into a safe and controlled site environment, a lower risk of incidents, and a reliable execution of your project.

Safety Culture Ladder

We currently work according to Safety Culture Ladder step 2 and are actively taking steps towards step 3, where the focus shifts from organizing safety to making it visible in behavior and daily practice. We are currently at step 2 and are actively growing to a higher level through training, reporting systems, and open communication.
